I would say City Of Angeles pretty much had it down.
I dont think this is a specific "cum on someone's face" type question. but just more about sex and partnership in general. At the end of the day, if she really doesnt want to do it, its not fair to try and pressure her to. You should just talk about it, tell her why you really wanna, cos most people - if my own limited experience is in any way universal - get off on getting someone off - either she will or she wont. I would try not to make a big deal of it, try to find variations that you can both enjoy, dont pressure her, dont make it a real issue... at the end of the day you could live without it, and she could live with it, its just about everyone being happy.
