our first was a "surprise."
turned out to be awesome, of course....it seems the counterintuitive cliche is true: it is at once the hardest and the best thing that has ever happened to me.
definitely relax. stress makes it less likely to happen for you.
when negotiations had begun for #2, i was psyched. i mean i hadn't had 24-7 access since like the first 6 months we were dating! but as soon as we decided to try again, whamo. i know we were lucky/blessed, but, man, i could've used a few months of tryin', y'know??
