Not really - you've got a very short video clip of the president who moves his hand into view of the camera with his middle finger extended that appears a few days before the election with absolutely
no description of where it came from, when it was taken, etc. - it doesn't sound real to me.
And even if he did do it, so what? This isn't middle school where everyone goes "omg he flipped off the camera! teacher teacher!"
