I seriously hope you're being sarcastic, because all those people you just mentioned are white.

Anyways, I can attest to the realism in the dialog/dialect they use in this game. My mom's husband is black, and he talks like this. They live in the ghetto parts of Inglewood, and whenever I go there, that's how many of their neighbors talk. It's a culture. Respect it. Just 'cause they choose to say "axe" instead of "ask" doesn't mean they're morons.
