If you take proper care of the piercing the chances of infection are pretty low... your penis comes in contact with the inside of your underwear.... theres tons of other piercings that are out exposed to all kinds of germs that dont get infected...
as for gangrene... you would have to let it go for a looooong time... id be really surprised if there were any documented cases of gangrene in a genital piercing...
ive been tossing the idea of getting an Apadravya around... prolly will eventually... just gotta get the money... and work up the balls to do it...
