The first chance they get, the local papers will prominently mention the fact that you are military which reflects great discredit on your command, branch, and the military. For example, "USS GEORGE WASHINGTON SAILOR CHARGED IN HIT AND RUN" instead of "Norfolk Man, 19, Charged in Hit and Run". Then next time your command wants to work with the community on something the locals drag out the newspaper clippings and figure that the few retards at every command are indicative of the entire command.
