Too bad you don't like strategy games because Fire Emblem is the best GBA game I've ever played and definitely one of the best games I've played period on any system.
Other than Fire Emblem, Metroid Fusion and Metroid Zero Mission are two excellent games. The Golden Sun games are awesome if you have the patience to play a true RPG on a handheld.
