I like Spike Milligans epithet (not really last words). "I told you I was sick."
And then there's the ever popular "You're standing on my oxygen tube..."
My personal favourite were the real last words of General John Sedgwick, Union Commander in the U.S. Civil War. "Snipers? They couldn't hit an elephant at this distan..."
