You don't need to waste discs on cd-images. Use Alcohol 120%. It automatically creates a virtual cd/dvd drive on which you can mount the cd-images directly. It fools the OS into thinking you have another drive. I use it to play movies, playstation games (point the emulator to the virtual drive to read the "discs"), and PC games that don't have no-cd patches (D2, Starcraft, etc.)
Daemon Tools can also do this, but I think Alcohol has better features.
