I think they were advertising salads or some shit. They were featuring women's torsos, and zoomed in on the "messages" on the t-shirts they were wearing. Can't say as I ever actually read one of the messages...
As for which market it was in - I saw it many, many times on Expressvu, though I don't know whether it was the East or West channel lineup...
