That's the key.
Since it's been a month, you're over the physical addiction, but the psychological habit is still entrenched - that's why things like licorice (they make red, too) and suckers work so well - it reinforces the hand-to-mouth actions of smoking.

Good luck - the cravings will get weaker and less frequent. You've conquered the hardest part. Congratulations.
