I work with a one-nut. Jumping from stump to stump as a kid cost him one.
I would doubt the "3-nut = more seman" theory. Testicles make sperm. Prostate makes semen. You might have a higher concentration of sperm, but that has nothing to do with how much seminal fluid.
That being said, I'm sure some people generate more or less. If you want to be demasculated, pigs produce it by the cup, not the teaspoon.
