Very interesting. I saw a show on PBS a while back on human sexuality where they did a study on married women. They determined that a married woman having an affaair was far more likely to be impregnated by her lover than her husband. Something about the vagina actually becoming more acidic with her husband and rejecting his sperm but not with her lover. Talk about unfaithfullness. not only does the poor bastard get cheated on but his chances to procreate are sabbotaged, LOL.
They estimated that something like 10-15% of children may be fathered by someone other than the husband.
I often wonder if folks tracing their family trees realize how remote the possibility is their official lineage is really true, LOL.
