TFP Football Pool Week #8
Week 8 is here, and it is more of the same. Weekly “upsets” are happening. This is essentially the halfway point of the season and some fast starters are fading, and some teams are able to keep things going consistently - some good, some bad. You know the drill, get at it.
TFP Football Pool rules:
1. Pick one team from each game to win the game. If they win, you get one point. Ties count as a loss. The most points win. (Points spreads are not included, so therefore they do not matter. “Just win, Baby” - Al Davis)
2. After all games are picked, give a point total for the total points scored in the Monday night football game. This is used as a tie breaker. The closest, without going over will break the tie. If all tied go over, the closest wins.
3. Have your picks in before the first kickoff. The thread will be closed at some point after midnight EST the night before the first game. (Thank you Spectre.) Don't be late - PM's after the thread is closed will not count.
For convenience purposes please only list the winning team name. You should copy and delete from the schedule provided. PLEASE KEEP THE GAMES/TEAMS IN THE ORDER THEY ARE LISTED BELOW! Thank you, and good luck.

This weeks prize: Witches brew. With most of the games being played on Halloween, it is only appropriate to give leftover witches brew to the winner. Whatever isn’t used on Sunday after being given to the losing teams, the winner can use to help sway next week’s election, if they so choose. (*Disclaimer* We here at the TFP Football Pool do not align ourselves with any political party, and therefore do not endorse any candidates for any election. The closest we come to supporting a “party” would be NFC vs. AFC, so please do not turn this good natured fun into a political discourse - we all know where that forum is. And also, we do not support, suggest or condone the poisoning of politicians or voters. [These disclaimers provided by the TFP Legal Support Team - Dewey, Cheatum and Howe])
