just wanted to revive this since I just played it this weekend and thought it was great.
I also have a friend who kills himself constantly. Although I have to say everybody I play with have fell off cliffs many times. Insanely annoying since you can't tell too well where the holes are. Anyways to fix this we just get a trainer for unlimited tech bits and viola, instant revivals. Cheap, but can't stand playing as stupid characters.
Also, cyclops is really good, get this leadership ability and combos do crazy damage. Although it's really fun to use Beast to pick up just about everything.
