Every woman is different. It has something to do with how they were raised, strict household or more open, were they taught that sex is dirty or part of life, and so on. And how well those opinions took hold on them. And general well being, self esteem, blah blah blah. There are women who will try anything just to try it, but most do have a limit.

I had an ex who didn't enjoy sex that much, it took alot of work to get her in the mood, and I never asked her to do anything kinky like a facial because she thought things like that were perverted and wrong. My wife enjoys it though, although it probably has more to do with she enjoys the pleasure it brings me than she likes getting a load on her face. She won't do anal sex though, she doesn't like it, and I'm cool with that, I never really liked it much anyway. If she wanted it though I'd probably do it, and maybe grow to like it.

So guess its a combination of, doing things for your partner because it gets them off, and staying in the limit of what you feel comfortable with. I guess with so much exposure to porn and sex in the media, that limit has gone up.
