Here's an off the wall suggestion ...gee, I don't know why I thought of this
...how about a '93 to '98 Toyota Supra turbo model of course with the 6sp tranny, find a nice clean unmolested one for say $25000 U.S. maybe less, add under $1000 in mods and you're driving something with close to 400rwhp that can outhandle and outbrake most cars you'll come across street or track, and be as reliable as a Toyota.
