Well, I'm not in Canada (New Yorker here
) but I'd move to Calgary! I've visited twice and loved it. Once in the winter and once in the summer so I saw how it can get... Although I didn't spend all that much time in Calgary, I liked what I saw of the city. Loved Banff and Watertown (although that's probably not considered anywhere near Calgary). So yeah, I'd move there.
But I'm thinking Ontario is going to win the "Which Canadian province will Averett move to" contest
