If a prosecuting attorney introduces a photograph of a crime scene as evidence in a trial and says, "the officer at the scene reports that all of the windows were closed and locked," and yet we can see in the photograph that a window is open, yes it could mean that a ghost opened the window.
Then again, it could mean that the officer was mistaken.
