I'm not a huge Buchanan supporter, but....
Did you read his piece?
He said he doesn't like Bush, but that Bush is right on a few things, and Kerry is right on nothing, and in addition, since Buchanan's a Republican, he'll be voting for Bush. I don't think it's a flip-flop at all.
