Has anyone felt that being an Eagle Scout has changed anything in their lives, practically speaking? I had always heard that it was something you would put on your resume, but there are several things from my earlier years that I leave off my resume, such as my first job at Dairy Queen...so I was wondering whether you would put Eagle Scout on there or leave it off.
I know that as an employer, if I see Eagle Scout on a resume it gets no real response from me, not positive or negative, but am wondering if it means something to others.
(I'm trying to write this in a way that doesn't imply that being an Eagle Scout means nothing...I don't believe that, just trying to find out if anyone has had any experiences with this later in life.)
