8. Zoning planning committees that try to move already long established airport runways in multiple cities so they can build their precious houses... when there's still tons of desert around.
9. And Snowbirds again, since it's that big of a problem. Don't complain that AZ isn't like back home: If that's what you want, GO BACK!
