If voting changed anything it would be illegal.
If not voting changed anything it would be illegal.
Even if one is fed up with the two party system there are plenty of good reasons to vote, like local ballot initiatives, tax renewals, state constitutional amendments (we get a lot of these in Louisiana), etc.
