Diablo - Environment had a lot to do with it. My room in the house I was renting with some coworkers had no windows and was very dark. Sometimes those creepy dungeon sounds just got to me.
Half Life - A damn fine game. less than a month to Half Life 2, and I won't miss this one. Computer upgrades rock.
