Palmeiro, 500 and the Hall
Rafael Palmeiro has joined the 500 club, become the 19th player to hit 500 home runs in his career.
It's a great accomplishment, but has the recent boom cheapened the accomplishment??? Does the number 500 guarantee a spot in the Hall of Fame? Should it?
