If you like Godspeed you should really check out Explosions in the Sky. They are along the lines of Godspeed, but I think they are a bit "heavier" at times. They just played in Chicago for the first time in a very long time and I missed the show due to work. Dammit!
...And I have always seen and put the exclamation point after the You. ie Godspeed You! Black Emperor
