Its late but, if what your asking is Are the people in Abu Grahib people UNDER Zarqwai and others that are behading- then Yes they are. Those in Abu Grahib havent beheaded anyone (as far as we know... well as far as I know) but isn't a daycare- these people are there for a reason- they supported Insurgents in Iraq- the same insurgents who are beheading people....
