I have an accute sense of smell- and the smell of blood is not a turn on at all- due to conditioning that I have had through life, I equate blood with violence- in short it takes me to places that i do not wish to go in an amorous situation- incidentally I am also very much not an s+m person, for the same reasons- my brain is just hardwired to reflexively equate pain, blood, etc to very non sexual responses, and while I could, I suppopse, try to de program myself, I feel that I need the reflexes that I have already installed, just in case......
