I've never heard of the clitoris being cut off in female cirucmcisions. I'd only heard of the labia being "trimmed down" I guess you could say. Either way, I'd like to know what the results are under sterile and healthy conditions, because at the moment (due to both cultural apprehensions and the nasty conditions under which they're performed) there is a huge stigma around female circumcision.
Me, I like having a turtleneck. Keeps me warm in the winter.
But in all seriousness, it's pretty easy to keep clean, and as has been mentioned, the skin doesn't toughen up so it's much more sensitive than a circumcised penis. I've also seen research or somesuch that showed that the foreskin helps during sex becuase it prevents too much friction, and therefore pain.
