You might think about if you want to be uploading that fast to someone, especially depending on your internet service provider. I'm assuming these are large files you're talking about - it might be best to not burn through all that bandwidth for an extended time if it will raise issues.
If not I'd set up a temporary FTP server. I use BulletProof FTP (there is a 15-day trial), but a free open-source alternative I've heard is good is FileZilla Server (
