I can. Or at least I could, I apparently have lost a little flexibilty since then, but I can reach my elbow with my tongue and lick it a little.
After a few tries I finally got it where I was barely licking the tip of my elbow, but it's hard to tell because of my crappy webcam.
So I'm probably nowhere near as good as that kid, but I still like to delude myself.
And if you think that pic doesn't count, then you try doing it, it's really hard.
