Petra listened half-heartedly to the tiff between Amarth and Draconis, feeling in her heart that it made no difference what either said, neither would change their opinion.

Turning her attention to Shoan, who was suddenly acting ridiculous for no apparent reason, Petra smiled as warmly as she could and nodded as he spoke. Her mind was wandering and she found herself unable to focus on what Shoan was chattering on about.
