Interesting, I knew this was a niche fetish. I have done it on about 6 occasions. I have always used protection, in terms of condoms and have yet to have a negative experience. I dunno what makes it so appealing. Perhaps how taboo it is, perhaps it is the risk. I am mildly bisexual, so the fact that there is another guy on the other end doesn't really bother me.
