Yeah, Broken Social Scene is actually an ensemble or collaboration of different Canadian musicians. There are a few main key members, but pretty much there's just an array of artists that just come in and "jam"... I use quotations because it's just really bizarre, unconventional playing of music. Anyway, it comes out sounding cool as fuck. Emily Haines from Metric sings on track 7 of the BSS' latest record, just a great song.
