They're in Canada and are generally accepted as "the" computer store. I think that the US equivalent would probably be Best Buy. They have good prices and lots of selections, but they seem to have some primevil drive towards screwing people over when it comes to the warrenty.
If I ever became a millionaire I'd take out a full page ad in 3 or 4 national newspapers telling people if they're buying a computer to just go the their local mom and pop shop since you will almost always get a better system for a better price, plus they actually have a clue when it comes to customer service and repairing the unit.

Mind you that guy intentionally went out and voided his warrenty and tried to pass it off as stock. My brother just got screwed over over by a company that sold him a PC and refused to actually fix it, stalling until the warrenty ran out. Too bad there isn't a law against companies doign this. All you can do is call the Better Business Bureau, who don't give a crap.
