im not sure how FS warranty works, but i do get a lot of complaints about their sales staff working at staples... so much BS. the sad thing is that our warrantys actually work. 1st year is of course through the manufacturer, but subsequent years are all handled through us and usually depend on how long it takes to get approval for our tech who handles the warranties to get in a part. 2 or 3 days.. week at the most.
man... i hate futureshop. well, i hate any store (even certian ones of ours) that lie just to get a sale.
