Their prices are really competitive. However, you get generic parts in your system. Not much that you can expect from a big retail store. My main computer is actually from Futureshop and got a good deal in it. Ended up replacing all parts except for the motherboard and cpu for upgrade purposes. Definately not the cheapest route though. Should build it yourself to get the best price.
