At least it hasn't snowed today. I'm a Victoria boy, just moved, and I haven't seen a lot of snow for 8 years, since we had this freak storm. The 'Blizzard of 96' is what we called it. I remember having to create a sled just so we could trudge to the groccery store and buy food. Apparantly, the city sold it's only snowplow to a town up island.
