Yeah I've had my share of bad roommates...I'm a neat freak so it really bugs me when someone is a slob. In college I roomed with this guy who did nothing but play Everquest and sleep...all his classes were after 12pm and he'd still sleep through them half the time. He was too lazy to cook so he'd order pizza damn near every night, and the boxes would pile up in the corner till they were ready to fall over. Right after college I moved in with this guy who turned out to be the classic bad roommate - never had money for bills, sloppy, never cleaned, ate my food. Hell my own wife isn't a very good roommate either, she will clean if I ask her to but she leaves her clothes everywhere, makes a huge mess when she cooks, forgets where she puts things...hell our 1.5 yr old daughter is cleaner, she sees me straightening things and cleaning and follows me around trying to help...
My brother is the messiest person I know though. His place looks like a warzone, months old food and soda everywhere, can't see the floor because of clothes and junk, never cleans his bathroom. He drinks milk all time but will leave a glass with a little bit in the bottom and not pour it out, so it sours and then congeals in the glass...
