I was disappointed. I loved Farscape thought it had humor, a great mixture of pessimis and optimism and characters that just had not been seen on television (in the US at least).
However, this looked like it had been thrown together as far as the writing, the sfx, were worthy of the series as was the acting (most of the time).
It was almost as if the writers didn't truly know the characters or the background of the show. There was no humor at all. Chiana had very few lines and truly didn't do much. Rigel had maybe 1 really good line. It was sad to see more time wasn't spent with Crichton and D'argo who have that great buddy chemistry.
I do however see the seeds for a sequel....... SPOILER SPOILER SPOILER SCROLL DOWN CAUSE i DON'T KNOW HOW TO DO THAT WHITE OUT THINGY.......
I can see that maybe D'argo is still alive on a scarron or peacekeeper ship and that the sequel will be them looking for him, as we never did see his death, which is always a good sign of a character coming back.
Or a sequel set in the future where the Peacekeeper boss bitch's kid starts a new war (and kills John and Aeron) and Little D'Argo must go and avenge their deaths and stop the war.
either way I definately see a sequel if the ratings were as good or better than Sci-Fi expected. (Especially now that NBC owns Sci-FI.)

I just love people who use the excuse "I use/do this because I LOVE the feeling/joy/happiness it brings me" and expect you to be ok with that as you watch them destroy their life blindly following. My response is, "I like to put forks in an eletrical socket, just LOVE that feeling, can't ever get enough of it, so will you let me put this copper fork in that electric socket?"
