This is true. You must remember that there is no law stating Monopolies are illegal. What is illegal is anti-competetive behavior. Libertarians believe that force or coersion is unacceptable and prosecutable under law, even in a limited government state. There would not be much difference in a Libertarian state from today's current state as far as antitrust goes.
