Let's see. I'm not entirely sure by what you mean by holy shit moments. If it's something like "what are the scariest, most fucked up" moments in gaming then the following are here. If not, then I'll just have to post further.
1) Silent Hill. All the games. The entire experience. There's not one moment in those games where you're not saying "oh fuck."
2) Doom 3. Same thing here. Most of the game you spend shooting shit in reaction to just how damn scary it is.
