hi Racheal- I don't know how old this thread is, but I would like to suggest that you consider permanence before deciding. If you are getting implants they are not permanent, and that may not worry you at age 23, but in 10-20 years you may view surgery differently. The risk of complications increses with every year you age! You would at some point have deteriorating silicone bags in your body, and insurance will not likely pay for removal unless you have cancer or infection. Implants are impermanent and not ever worth the risk and insecurity of your health and finances I would say. Don't rush into it. Good Luck....
