Plus, Jeter can show Carlos Beltran around Yankee Stadium and let him pick out a locker and uniform number. And if you thought Pedro got a warm welcome, I can't wait to see what Yankee fans have in store for Rocket. Imagine... something Red Sox fans and Yankee fans agree on: Clemens is a traitor. Go ahead and put him in a Sox cap when he goes into the HOF. I miss Pettitte more anyway. It's a moot point though; St. Louis will win the pennant.
I missed the National Anthem, the ship didn't pick up the satellite feed until the bottom of the 1st, but I thought God Bless America wasn't bad. A bit rushed, not like at Yankee Stadium, but a very good rendition.
