along with other benefits, a title comes along after sufficient participation... that's the most specific answer you're gonna get without doing a search for the answer yourself.

as for the people whose titles are "banned" or "loser," the title means exactly what is says. they are the people who dicked around, spammed, plugged, threadwasted, or lied about their age/sex/intelligence levels. we're an adult community and expect everyone to live up to that simple standard.
