Can I get a few tips from the elite gamers in here on how to beat Mystique?
I know, she's the first boss, and I should be able to beat her, but damn! I get killed every damn time.
I only had 4 health charge-ups when I saved it, so every time I come back I only have that much to work with.

What are those 4 arrows that point at her for?
Also, why can't I pick up the blue floating things?
And, is there any way to defend against her hits other than running like a fraidy-cat?
