It's her favorite restaurant. I would find it more romantic that my boyfriend remember my favorite restaurant rather than taking me somewhere "romantic" that I might hate.
Anywho, just don't call her. Play hard to get. Let her know that you will give her all the space she needs, but also make sure she knows how you feel about her. Over dinner, let her know exactly how you feel, then don't call her. Let her figure things out. You obviously care about her and if she doesn't reciprocate then she isn't good enough.
