I quit back in Jan of '00, so I know your pain. Believe me, it will get easier.
I used Altoids. Everytime I wanted a smoke, I just ate an Altoid. Even kept them in my breast pocket just like a pack of smokes. Worked very well.
I wish you luck. It is SO worth it!
