There's actually two of them, one at Roosevelt Blvd & Comly, just by Byberry (which I've never actually been to) and the my local one (the original), at Bustleton & St. Vincent (very close to Bustleton & Cottman).
The difference with Steve's is that they don't chop their steak, you get whole strips of sirloin. Some people think this is an abberation, but its damn good. Their rolls are incredible too. A bit of a ways away from Pat's and Geno's but if you're in the northeast is doesn't get any better.
Now if we could just get a good steak or hoagie in Cleveland... anyone know of anything that comes close? I find the biggest problem are the rolls--they just don't have the "chew" you get on the east coast.
