Whenever I have one of those days or moments in my life, where life is just so damn beautiful and everything is perfect and I love it all, I make a mental note of that moment and how I felt. I tell myself, "Now this is why life is worth living."
I suffer from high anxiety and depression, so when I get down I think back to that mental note and it gives me enough strength to keep going. I suggest others try this as well.
